Oslo City Court decides in favor of the Norwegian state in legal action brought against it by Njord Gas Infrastructure AS et al

We refer to the stock exchange announcement of Njord Gas Infrastructure AS (“Njord”) on 16 January 2014 and previous announcements regarding the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy’s (the “MPE”) decision to amend the tariff regulation for Gassled.

Oslo Tingrett (Oslo City Court) today issued its decision in the legal action brought against the Norwegian state (represented by the MPE) by Njord, Solveig Gas Norway AS, Silex Gas Norway AS and Infragas Norge AS. The Court has decided in favor of the Norwegian State and the decision is attached hereto. A certified translation into English will be made available on the corporate website on or about 30 September.

Njord and the three other plaintiffs have 6 weeks to decide whether or not to appeal this decision. Njord will make an announcement when this decision has been made.
