Njord Gas Infrastructure Holding AS is owned by UBS International Infrastructure Fund (82%) and CDC Infrastructure SA (18%). Both of Njord Gas Infrastructure’s shareholders are dedicated, long term investors in infrastructure.

UBS International Infrastructure Fund
UBS International Infrastructure Fund, managed by the Infrastructure team within UBS Asset Management, is a USD 1.5 billion specialist OECD infrastructure investment fund which, in addition to its investment in Njord Gas Infrastructure, owns investments in Collgar Wind Farm (a 206 megawatt wind farm in Australia), Northern Star Generation (a 1,573 megawatt portfolio of power stations in the United States), Saubermacher (a waste management business serving central and eastern Europe based in Austria) and Southern Water (a water and sewerage company serving southeast England). Investors in the UBS International Infrastructure Fund are from around the world and are mainly pension and sovereign wealth funds. The UBS International Infrastructure Fund is managed by UBS Asset Management in London.

CDC Infrastructure
CDC Infrastructure is wholly-owned subsidiary of French Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations dedicated to direct infrastructure investments. CDC Infrastructure targets a EUR 1.5 billion infrastructure portfolio in the short term and already owns EUR 600 million worth of investments in about ten projects including Sanef (the third largest motorway operator in France and the fourth in Europe), Viaduc de Millau (one of the world’s highest bridges at 343 metres above the Tarn Valley in France) and Groupe GDS (the gas distributor serving the City of Strasbourg). CDC Infrastructure is currently completing two other major investments, in GRT-Gaz, the main transportation gas network in France, and in the Sud Europe-Atlantique high-speed railway line, a French greenfield project of nearly EUR 8 billion.
